Skagen is the northernmost point of Denmark, where the Baltic and North Seas meet. The two opposing tides in this place can not merge because they have different densities.

The inspiration for this piece came from Del Piero’s farewell message to the fans of Juventus, specifically the part where he said – “No colour will ever be brighter for me than black and white”
With this in mind I wanted to do an illustration that was monochrome and minimalist. The emphasis being on the player himself, with only a suggestion of the black and white stripes of Juve in the background.
This illustration will be available as a print and t-shirt just as soon as I can add it to the shop. But for now let me know your thoughts, give it some love, reblog it etc

30 Days of Marvel | Day 4 | Your Favourite Royal
 Dr. Victor Von Doom
I find that simply classifying Doom as a “villain” really misses the point of his character. The reason why Dr.Doom is such a commonly loved character is because of the sheer complexity that goes into his character. Doom does what he does because he truly believes that humanity can only survive under his rule. He does what he does to help achieve that goal regardless of who he has to ally with or who has to die to make that happen.

Dr.Doom would see himself as the true hero of the story. This is what he is meant to do and in due time, all will be set right according to him. His morals and believes clash with the common idea of justice and good though, so he is perceived to be a villain. He is a perfectionist that tries his hardest to excel in pretty much everything because “failure is beneath Doom”.

Doom is ridiculously hammy and loves to talk about himself a lot. He is ridiculously full of himself and feels he is the best thing to ever happen to anything ever. While he will learn from previous failures, he still seems to disregards them as if they never happened (Like his ego just can’t seem to accept that he could fail) and this makes for an interesting character flaw. It is almost contradictory in nature. Doom claims he is the greatest gift to the world and can do whatever he so wishes, yet he constantly seeks to better himself through the use of science and magic . This action proves that he knows he does not know everything and can not do everything, but he probably would never verbally admit that.

Doom is a character that is fun to read and even love because of his theatrical personality and the fact that he throws a wrench into the “heroes vs villain” thing. He adds some shades of grey.
